I handle HR functions from recruitment to employee relations. Beyond the technical aspects of HR, I genuinely enjoy being people focused. Also, I'm proud to be able to contribute and connect workplace culture, it can be such as helping new hires feel at home or support teammates with internal process. One of my highlights is the E-invoice event which turned out well, I put in a lot of effort from organizing and coordinating the event. Its like fulfilling a part that brings the team together and support a leader like Ms Ili. Creating meaningful experiences and fostering connection within the workplace is what truly motivates me in this field.
