Whistleblowing Policy

Promoting good governance and encouraging individuals of the commercial and public sectors to come forward with information on activities like corruption, abuse of authority, violation of ethical norms, and threat to public health or safety are two reasons why whistleblowing is encouraged.

The Whistleblower Protection Act of 2010 safeguards individuals who report wrongdoing to law enforcement agencies by protecting their privacy and shielding them from retaliation. With the right internal policies, procedures, and training, businesses may reap the benefits of whistleblowing without suffering the consequences, such as wasted time, damaged reputation, or financial losses.
